each 1 horse – 1000 PLN net + 23% VAT (for foreign breeders 250 EUR + 23% VAT (except EU VAT taxpayer))

Deadline for payments – 31st of July 2022.
Withdrawal of the horse after July 31 does not result in a refund of the entry fee.
Horses for which the entry fee has not been paid will not be admitted to the Show.

We provide free VIP invitations for owners of horses entered (according to the number of horses):

Especially for Exhibitors and PZHKA members it is possible to buy additional VIP invitations as well as tickets for the general tribune with 50% discount.

Additionally, only for Exhibitors and PZHKA members, we offer 50% discount when buying – ads in the catalogue or on led bands and 30% discount for the sponsorship packages.

AL KHALEDIAH EUROPEAN ARABIAN HORSE FESTIVAL IS AFFILIATED BY ECAHO (090-2022/POL) AND ORGANIZED ACCORDING TO ECAHO BLUE BOOK 2022 RULES.

Among which the most important are;
1. Qualifications: none
2. Entry restrictions: none
3. Judging system:
a) each class will be judged by five Judges. These five Judges will be drawn by lot from the group of seven Judges to each of the classes. The Judges will evaluate every horse in 5 elements: type, head & neck, body, legs, movement with maximum 20 points in one element, total maximum 100 points.
b) the refereeing system will comply with the ECAHO principle – in which the Highest and Lowest score will be excluded (with minimum 5 Judges on the ring)
4. Medication control – All Gold Medal winners are blood tested compulsory (see Blue Book 2022 page 47)
5. First five horses in the class will be decorated:
a) first three horses from each class will be qualified to Championships
6. The 6 Championships will be played:
Yearling Female
Yearling Male
Junior Female
Junior Male
Senior Female
Senior Male
b) The Championships will be played according to Open Method ECAHO – with Top Five (see Blue Book 2022 page 40.)
7. Best In Show Horse will be chosen from Gold Medallist of Championships only.
